Khartoum-The Revolutionary Front and the National Consensus forces have insisted on the comprehensive solution to the crises of the country and to cessation of war. They have stressed the necessity of establishment of a translational government and independent mechanism to run the dialogue.

The two sides have issued a joint communiqué on the current political situation and their stances toward the constitutional process and the dialogue called for by the national congress. The statement, which was signed by chairman of the revolutionary front Malik Agar and the head of the national consensus forces general corporation, has included six demands including the peaceful solution that lead o change.



The joint communiqué said that the constitutional process and the comprehensive solution require measures to build confidence and pave the political atmosphere top of which are cessation of war, addressing the humanitarian crisis and cancelling the all freedom- restricting laws

On his part, the head of the leadership Authority at the national consensus forces Farouq Abu-Issa told the citizen on Tuesday that Sudan is in a major crisis caused by the National Congress.

With regard to the confiscation of Al-Midan newspaper for the third time, Abu-Issa has affirmed continuity of the violations against the human rights. He referred to the non-release of the political detainees and to the banning of a political symposium by the Reform Now movement at Omdurman Ahlia University.



He further pointed to the continuity of the detention of the activists and students besides the continuity of the prosecution of Al-Khojalab detainees who have been under arrest since last September demonstrations.

The leading member in the Ba’ath Socialists Party and the national consensus forces Mohamed Diya-Eddin has objected the joint communiqué between the national consensus forces and the revolutionary front under the pretext that he was not informed as a representative of the party on the content of the statement. However, he affirmed full agreement with the outcome of the communiqué
