Sudan and US agency for development sign memorandum of understanding

Khartoum-Sudan The Sudanese ministry of finance and national economy and the US agency for international development signed, on Thursday, a five year memorandum of understanding that aims to support the Sudanese persons in enhancing peace, stability and development.

The undersecretary of the ministry of finance Yousif Abdalla Al-Hussein has signed for Sudan while the director of the US agency for international development mission in Sudan signed for the American side. The implementations will start as of April 3.
The agency supports activities in Sudan to lay down the foundation of long-term development that includes efforts of peace building and local experiences, and consolidate bonds between state and civil society.
