Minawi: Presence of Darfur within Sudan is conditional on self-rule

Khartoum-The Chairman of the Sudan Liberation Movement Mini Arko Minawi has considered Om-Jaras Forum as one of the conspiracy circles on Darfur, and that the issue of the region is political not tribal. He said that the tribal problems in the region are made by the Sudanese President, adding that the presence of Darfur as part of current Sudan is conditional on giving the region ac completely self-rule.

The head of the rebel movements has described Om-Jaras forum as part of the conspiracy and political opportunism that has been practiced in Sudan for more than 60 years, according to Sudan Tribune newspaper.
Minawi has urged the international community to stop the daily massacres and the government polices in displacing the people of Darfur to citizens, saying that there is a conspiracy to allow the Arab tribes into the areas of the Zagawa tribes in the further north of Darfur.

He said that the recommendations of the forum to enforce the Sudanese-Chadian joint forces is part of the conspiracy on the people of the region.
