Sudan Liberation Movement- Minawi: militias of Khartoum regime burn down villages in Darfur

In the framework of its scorched earth policy, the pro regime militias have continued burning villages and killed whoever they met, looted properties and doing acts of rape and kidnapping, according to a statement by Sudan Liberation Movement-Minawi faction.

After their defeat in Ba’shem area, the militias started to burn villages around Ba’shem to Amray area, the statement said

The Sudan Liberation army- Minawi faction renews the call for the UN and humanitarian and relief organizations to take actions against what is being made by the national congress regime. The statement added.
