Khartoum rejects dialogue with SPLM-North
Khartoum-The government delegation has refused the agreement signed on the 28th of June 2011 that constitutes the reference of the UN Security Council resolution 2046. In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the SPLM delegation to the Addis Ababa talks Mubarak Adol the government delegation has also rejected the discussion on speeding up a humanitarian operation in accordance with the international humanitarian law.
The head of the government delegation Omer Suleiman has admitted that they put forward an initiative for the comprehensive dialogue but they have specific and practical ideas to discuss it now. The statement said.
The government delegation has said that they have no desire to continue dialogue with the SPLM –North sector to bring the view points closer, stating that the solutions should be left for the high-level African mechanism not for the two parties. The statement said.
