Dean of Sudanese Doctors’ Union calls for vaccinating around 1500 child in Blue Nile and South Kordofan
Khartoum-The Dean of Sudanese Doctors’ Union, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sheikh, has requested the government to open the door before the vaccination of around 1500 child in the areas of South Kordofan and the Blue Nile, and warned against the polio virus disease, saying that the prevention requires vaccinating children at specific age.
On the other hand, he stressed the seriousness of the health conditions resulting from the health complications for the victims of last September demonstrations.
He said that the injuries were fatal and serious, and in sensitive areas such as the chest, head and neck, affirming their commitment as doctors to treat the wounded people.
