Refugees of Nuba Mountains are in Danger because of the War in Bantiu

Juba-A source that works for an international organization in the Sudanese refugees camp in South Sudan (Eida) has revealed that after the war has started in South Sudan, all the international organizations that work in relief works for the Sudanese refugees in the camps of Unity State in South Sudan have evacuated their employees from the camp in anticipation for any security threatening events in the area, and this step has increased the suffering in the lives of the refugees in a way that is hard to describe. Mr. Eissa Khamis Marfaeen wrote on his Facebook account a post that says that 250 families have returned to Nuba Mountains fearing that violence will transfer to the camp, also about 100 families have returned to Eida's camp running away from the new camp (Ajong taw) near to Bantiu.

Mr. Marfaeen has also pointed that there are about 170 families and 373 other individuals have run away from Kigaa area in Nuba Mountains to Eida's camp because of the fighting and the heavy aerial bombing, Mr. Marfaeen confirmed that these new families suffers from complete absence of food and other necessary needs, which made the civil administration in the camp conduct a donation campaign among the refugees to collect food to help them.

Mr. Marfaeen also added "despite of the efforts that the local employees in the camp are making but the gap is still big to fill".
