Solidarity committee: Security arrests tens of Sudanese returnees

Khartoum-The Sudanese committee for solidarity with families of the martyrs, wounded and detainees have affirmed arrest of tens of the Sudanese nationals coming from South Sudan following the outbreak of the war there, and demanded the immediate release of the detainees.
The committee has also revealed a wide crackdown by the security in South Kordofan state during which the properties of the citizens who belong to the SPLM-North were confiscated. In the meantime, the committee called on the Sudanese civil society organizations to urgently offer humanitarian assistance for the displaced persons in Darfur, south Kordofan and Blue Nile besides the refugees and displaced persons from the war in South Sudan.
He said that tens of Sudanese persons coming from South Sudan are now under arrest at Joda area in the White Nile state, saying that they live dire situations with no charges directed to them so far. He said that most of them were working in the field of trade in South Sudan state.
