I Like To Share Some Of The Lessons On Leadership From My Own Experiences. I Was Fortunate To Have Several Jobs In My Life. I Have Started Work When I Was 14 Years Old. I Had My Own Business When I Was Eighteen Years Old. When I Was Student I Was Working In The Evening And Go To Class In The Morning. As Soon When I Left University I Was Working As A Lawyer For Eight Years In Few Countries Across Africa. I Worked As A Lawyer In The Non-Government Organization For Human Rights In Egypt. I Was One Of The Legal Researcher Team In The Arab Coalition For International Criminal Court. I Am The Author Of Few Books Regarding International Law And Armed Conflict In Africa.
My Goals have Always Been To Inspire People All Over The World Specially In Africa especially Young People, To Step Forward And Take Responsibilities For The Future Of Their Communities And The Wider Global Community.
People Today Live In The World With Problems Never Seen Before. For Example, Millions Of People Across The World, Facing Poverty, Insecurity, Infectious Disease Such As Covid-19, Unemployment, International Justice, Economic, And Social Issues, Refuges, Ageing Population, Corruption And Organized Crimes, Children Rights Such As Health Education And Protection, Democracy, Ending Poverty, Human Rights, Peace And Security, Migration, Water, Youth Population Environmental Stress And Armed Conflict. However, I Think The Young People Today Have Also Blessed With Unique Strength, For Example, Information And Communication Technologies, Social Media Platforms Are Providing People With Opportunities To Organize, Mobilize, Advocate And Create.
