All peace agreements in this world require a price and goals. The current peace agreement being established in Sudan must consider various aspects, including the following: 1) reparations, 2) human development, 3) health and education and finally, 4) wealth and the sharing of political power. The SPLM North/Hilu calculated all of the political power and wealth sharing in Sudan and has reached a conclusion on how we can obtain our goals. By looking at the map of Sudan since 1956, we have found that without the presence of wealth, political sharing, and decision-making, we cannot develop the neglected regions in Sudan. Political power has since become our top priority, and wealth sharing is our second priority. In order to properly establish these two factors, we must use all of our power and pressure to change the laws that govern Sudan as a whole. For instance, we should establish mechanism systems that would give the local people the power to manage their own affairs and develop their own cultural identity in regards to diversity and ethnic belonging.

The final peace agreement should ensure that the central power is given no more than 30 percent of all resources in the SPLM North/Hilu areas. All of the land belongs to the local people, and nobody should have the power to take that land away for any reason; that land must be developed by the SPLM North/Hilu and the local people. Any investors coming from outside can stay temporarily on the land by renting for a maximum of 50 years. The investors should help the local people in their goals to develop by building roads, schools, hospitals, and general infrastructure. In addition, they should also maintain a healthy environment and implement health and safety processes for the local people; the investors should also be responsible for any injuries or health damages caused by any economic activities that they enforced. Right now, the SPLM North/Hilu is relying on experts that are educated on the matters of economics, environment, and economic activities. They will draw maps for the next 20 years and develop scientifically through the use of the latest technology to accomplish and manage development. By using science and technology such as data science, algorithms, and human intelligence we can map all of the SPLM North/Hilu areas and solve problems in a short period of time.

Lastly, we as Sudanese people should work together to accomplish the ultimate peace and give all of the people in Sudan what they dream of. In the future, Sudan will be the best place to live, prosper and raise the new generations in a healthy environment that allows us all to enjoy the fruits of peace.
