Why the two Sudanese leaders speak with one voice now?

Why the two Sudanese leaders speak with one voice now?

Starved to death for the continuation of the cash flow generated from the oil revenues, the two leaders of Sudan {omer beshir} and south Sudan {salva kiir} met in Khartoum recently to sort out a heap of pending issues. but Contrary to the furore which was depicted by the state-dominated media out -lets in both totalitarian regimes, the meeting was a low bow -down dictated by the mounting pressures the two men were subjected to by the international and regional partners, heavily present in the political scenes of both countries, in addition to china the main investor and share-holder in the Sudanese oil industry. And although the mere sitting of the two antagonistic men to one table was an achievement in itself, yet it is not an undiscovered jewel, as reality has a habit of always coming up short, And recalling previous experiences, it is too early to celebrate the presidential summit between the two mortal enemies who don’t have opinions of their own, but just say YES and AMEN to their masters who are holding all the strings from behind scenes. Because what the two men are eager to see initially is the glorious collapse of each other’s regime, regardless of the senseless death of the millions of innocent souls stuck up in between? Therefore any agreements, protocols or even memos of understanding lacking built-in, independent, transparent and robust regulatory frame works are deliberate waste of time. Because all the two fatigued leaders are gearing for now ,is to draw some breath and then resume fighting their losing battle of who blinks first is the loser … because they are sure to go to all lengths to secure funds sufficient to keep their regimes up and running ,by following policies of appeasement with their mighty political opponents and oppressive ones with the weaker opposition groups for the time being , until the time is ripe to leap back in square one again? Evidently Sudan is understandably terrified at the prospect of coming under further pressures and sanctions ,now that it has lost its last card of control over the free flow of oil ,And the same could be said of south Sudan which is not in a good shape either, but enjoys good relations with the influential regional and international players because it takes their views and suggestions into account ,so as to emerge from the ashes of bankruptcy it is now in,a realistic policy Which will undoubtedly make events work in its favor at the end of the day. While Sudan engages in arms twisting with the whole world, despite its alarming lack of popular support and authorization ,by adopting policies in contrast to key regional powers who began to irritate seeing the indicted rulers of Sudan and their isolated and outlaw regime, going against their interests to the extent of not being aware of the consequences . Ironically enough, Sudan insists to persist on that fatal course which will definitely take it into uncharted zones soon, instead of taking advantage of the many lee ways given by those neighboring countries to assist it change course? That said, let us hang on to hope, and pray things won’t take turn to the worse … and the two anti-people pluralist regimes will not slide back into senseless crises again . Until then we promise to lend our ears 24/7 to their false stories of unreal mining boom and we pledge to believe what the regime’s wishy washy officials want us to believe..That marrying state-approved corruption to international investment s is somehow achievable??..But we have reasons to fear that they will never be short of reason to let all the above rosy dreams go bust...i wonder if they sleep well, when all indications point to their being next on the hit-list after syria?????????
