Since Bashir was successfully overthrown by the people of Sudan, we now have the opportunity to achieve the ultimate peace that our country has been awaiting. We must first bring attention to what is happening to our country right now. The future is now in the hands of the people of Sudan; the people must concentrate on developing Sudan, and must join together in order to achieve our dreams. Our main dream is to give the youth of Sudan the skills they need in order to develop our country’s general infrastructure; this would be done by building roads, bridges, and railways, as well as developing the aviation and construction sectors. However, in order for these many projects to be established, the youth of Sudan must be trained and qualified to participate in professional jobs; this would enable them to work and learn from others after their training. Also, professional certifications should be put into place for each job skill that is executed by the youth.
Students who have finished high school have the option of enrolling in a vocational school. After two years of vocational schooling, they would qualify for the certification that is required to be a technician; this position can potentially be modified by educational superiors. Teaching technology is very important; at this current time, Sudan has a large graduate population. In order to succeed and contribute back to Sudan, they need technical training to have the ability to produce in all sectors. Also, Sudan needs industrial technical writers to create all industrial codes, procedures, documents, and industrial processes so that we can meet all international standards. In turn, this would give us a chance to participate in the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and would give us the chance to sign trade agreements with other countries in regards to exports from Sudan.
Sudan is one of the richest countries in the entire world, and has a vast amount of both natural and human resources. All we need now is to combine and manage our resources to reach the general international standards, as well as compete with other countries, and this can be done in a short period of time.
