CAN THE REVITALIZED PEACE AGREEMENT ON THE RESOLUTION OF CONFLICT IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN WORK THIS TIME ROUNDØŸ

Am just thinking that the Revitalized Peace Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan will either work or will not completely work at all because of the fact that the Agreement was being discussed in two countries and to my view one country will think that it is the one which brought peace and the other will say that it has completely being portrayed as lacking capacity to resolve the conflict for example Sudan and Ethiopia.
The other thing is that some opposition group have refused the Agreement like those of former SPLM Secretary General turned the leader of Sudan People Liberation Movement's Political Detainees Mr. Pagan Amum Okiech and also the refusal of the Former Deputy Chief of General Staffs now the leader of National Salvation Front/ Army. General Thomas Cirillo.

US, Norway and United Kingdom have deliberately and categorically refused the Agreement because of the reasons which are best known to them and therefore, it isn’t easy to become sure of the peace being recently signed to be working for the people of South Sudan, President of Sudan and his interest in oil is also another string attached.

Not until the leaders of south Sudan committed themselves to implement peace Agreement by avoiding unnecessary statements against each other and instruct their supporters to work together for a peaceful South Sudan, now this leaves the population of south Sudan with the questions which may be asked like this; has the issues that makes the August 2015 agreement not fully implemented being resolvedØŸ Are the people of South Sudan fatigue of warØŸ If yes, can they work together to implement this Revitalized Peace Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in the Republic of South SudanØŸ
