SAYINGS…
SUDANESE PROVERBS
A huge stone which is slinging from sky ,the old saying goes , says that it is ready to hit and smash the head of whoever says: he is of low origin or his tribe is of no importance.
To this date , the huge stone is still slinging from the sky; to mean that he who disgraces himself deserves the smash.
So let us join efforts to keep that stone up in its place
Another sayings also speaks about a knife which is blunt, not sharp enough to slit an onion.
This knife says: Iam tired and in fact fed-up with all kinds of fleshes and all sorts of meat and vegetables. My longing, the knife continues, is for human flesh .
The flesh which my elders told me about, they said the most blunt knife cuts , slits and pierces human flesh very easily , that is why we knives say we are fed-up with all kinds of fleshes , but we grow fierce when it comes to human flesh , so let all of us beware of knives..never handle it while arguing with a human
