Mahadi is a refugee since childhood. His family got refugee status since 2004. His father once has been arrested by the Interpol police in the host country due to a request made by his country government. Mahadi now is 22 years old He finished secondary school but he has no way for free education. For university studies has to go to private university. But he cannot because his father does not have permanent job to finance his education.
His father left the capital city where he used to live immediately after his deporting to Sudan failed .His friends advised him to leave the city because the government agents will definitely try to harm again. He went to another town where he lived for 9 years. He returned to the capital city in 2018 after the political regime has been changed.

The father encountered by many problems such job housing and school fees for his sons. He has 2 daughters and 5 sons one of them is disable . So Mahadi one of his sons fed up from the difficult situations surrounding the family. Mhadi told his father that he is going to Sudan despite the war .Mahadi visited UNHCR requesting voluntary return as it is the only and suitable solutions. UNHCR does not send a written request to IOM to access Mahadi case. But they just said to him go to our partner IOM. AS it well-known, IOM always need a request submitted by UNHCR or a written consent from the receiving government so as to go head.Mahadi went to to visit IOM. IOM told him what they need to process his case.Mahadi is advised to go to the BRA which is and administration for refugees affairs. It represent the government .The BRA always place many obstacles before the Sudanese in particular.Offcials at the BRA Told Mahadi that the only solution they have is to close his file as a refugee and then can treated him as an unidentified person.
