Thank you so much for your comment, I appreciate you taking the time out to even read it. I agree with you in a sense, that yes, teens and others my age rarely speak out but I think the core of the problem is there isn't really place for them to do so. In the end we are teenagers, we're going to need that nudge, that push, to do something, we're after all kids. But, at it's root core there isn't a place for them to get interested and to really do so. I'm about to post an article about that very problem.
And I do believe that there are people who do speak out yet rarely do they get advertised and heard. For example, a couple months ago TedxYouth held a convention in Khartoum, in which teens spoke and gave presentation about issues and lessons that inspire them. Below, is one clip I really enjoyed is just a prime example of teens speaking out!
