First of all, after I went to the source of your link I couldn't stop reading your article until it is over, that is such an amazing writing style and techniques. that website, is it yours? can any one post an article there?

I totally agree with your analysis, the delibrate and continuous atrocious deeds the government and the Janjweed perpetarated has to be brought to justice first before we can talk about reconcilation. However, in the absence of reconcilation you can never accomplish complete cessation of hotilities. if this is true then how can we stop the blood shed and the humilation the Darfurians go through everyday, if we can't bring the Gov. nor Janjaweed to justice now?

Conflict Resolutions is one of the toughest catastrophe humans dealt with, throughout the years, in dealing with conflicts, people take positions usually are subjective, therefore, creative solutions are not close to the reach of our current perception of the world. As long as the world resources are highly spent in military development and not diplomacy development, deplomacy will continue to bring unsatisfactory offers to the militarly weaker party in any conlict.

Look at the cases, for example the current Isreali-Lebanese, look at the resolution the whole international community presented, that is the elite diplomats, Has the militarly weaker party, in this case lebanon (or let us say Hezboalla), has it been treated fairly by that resolutin? does that resolution provide remedies to the international laws violations that both parties committed? Does that fullfil our adherence to any legal global authority like Geneva Conventions or the Int'l Law?
