Arrangements underway to link Sudan with Ethiopia and Eritrea via railway

Khartoum-The Ministry of Transport, Roads and Bridges has revealed arrangements to establish railway to link Sudan with Ethiopia and Eritrea in the coming period.

Speaking to the Sudanese Media Center upon a meeting with the Ethiopian ambassador, the minister of transport Dr. Ahmed Babiker Nahar affirmed keenness of Sudan to implement the entire agreements, which were signed with neighboring countries with regard to transport.

The meeting discussed means of activating the signed agreement on areas of passengers’ transport especially the railway agreements.
