Khartoum-Court to try 12 defendants in connection with Dar Asalam demonstrations
Omdurman Court indicted on Monday 12 defendants and dropped the charges against other 18.
The court has been trying 30 persons in connection with Dar-Asalam demonstrations last September. The 30 persons have been under arrest since then.
Head of the defense team Bakri Jibril said in a statement to the Citizen that the court said that the defense hearing sessions will be 24-25 June.
