Responsibilities:
· Full responsibility and ownership of business financials, reporting to the General Manager.
· Manage and direct business activities to ensure achieving desired profitability.
· Initiate/implement necessary reporting systems that will ensure proper analysis and evaluation of client projects and financial positions.
· Supervise all financial activities, internal and external, including cost analysis, capital expenditures and cash flow management.
· Initiate, design and implement all necessary financial controls.
· Responsible for conducting annual budgeting and quarterly reviews, including analysis of variances.
· Forecast future business growth versus general market and economic outlook.
· Develop personnel and profession capacity within Finance Department’s.
· Evaluate current and new business partnerships and ventures.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.
· Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Finance position in a reputable service organization in Saudi Arabia.
· Recognition: Internationally recognized professional financial analysis qualification (Chartered Financial Analyst-CFA) and/or (Certified Public Accountant-CPA, Certified Management Accountant-CMA or Chartered Accountant-CA).
· Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Pro-active and result-oriented. A team player with a pleasant personality.
· Track Record: Successful initiation and implementation of corporate financial systems.
· Special Knowledge: Knowledge of the banking and financial systems in Saudi Arabia.
· Computer Literacy: Financial/accounting applications, MS office and MS Outlook.
· Language: Excellent oral and written English skills. Arabic would be a definite plus.

· Building and modifying Database structures
· Interface with Client Services team in database related initiatives.
· Responsible for researching, planning and recommending software and database systems choices to meet the organization's business requirements.
· Develop database security strategies & procedures
Qualifications:
· Arab national, male 25 to 35 years old
· Bachelor degree in Management Information System from a recognized university, Masters in MIS preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years experience in database management and systems analysis & design.
· Knowledgeable in current database concepts and methodologies (data warehousing, data marts, data mining ... etc).
· Successful initiation and implementation of database systems
· Outstanding project management & communication skills.

We are looking for a versatile Web Designer, with over two years of experience designing for the web and developing interactive CD’s, in either an agency or corporate environment. You will be responsible for creating the "look and feel" of sites successfully integrating elements of visual appeal, usability, and navigation with emphasis on user-friendliness and accessibility
Responsibilities:
Design websites, interactive CD’s and multimedia including HTML and cross-browser coding
Develop creative design concepts into ready to program stage
Work with proficiency using computer designing tools, including Flash, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Dream Weaver for static-html & dynamic-asp/php/cfm, and other designing software

Qualifications:

Graphic Designer
We are looking for an artistic and talented graphic designer for BTL to join our team in Jeddah. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for handling Direct Mail projects from its inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Generate creative concepts based on "creative brief" from client.
Execute projects from concept development to art direction, to completion
Prepares sketches, banners, letterheads, envelopes, layouts and graphic elements of the subjects to be rendered using multimedia software, image processing, layout and design software
Work with Client Servicing department to ensure design meets client's requirement and with programmers to ensure design supports all technical measures and database structure (when applicable)
Work efficiently on the operation of computer design tools, including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and other graphic software
Continuously update and educate himself in regards to : Web traffic, Web visitor behavior, e-commerce (online shopping)...etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
2 - 3 years of documented relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic & English with demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical parties.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, with deadlines with attention to details.
