Required: Four Senior Account Managers

DMS, the largest Direct Marketing (DM) organization in the region is seeking a high caliber Senior Account Manager.
. This position serves as the key point of contact for strategic DM initiatives for new & existing clients.
. The individual will initiate programs and manage existing ones.
. Be responsible for developing marketing plans to support critical client business initiatives.
. This position has management & development responsibilities of account team.
. This position has revenue generating and tracking responsibility of accounts.
As a resourceful and self-motivated manager who identifies market potential and generates revenue, you will need to develop marketing strategy and recommend appropriate tools and services.
Additional roles and responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
. Recommend creative strategies & rationale to client.
. Develop creative DM solutions to middle and upper client management.
. Develop support/rationale for appropriate budgets on accounts.
Client Handling
. Prepare and conduct client presentations.
. Build and maintain productive client relationship.
. Recognize and capitalize on business opportunities.
. Generate new accounts. Develop and maintain existing ones.
. Conduct necessary fieldwork and research to learn about client, brand and competition.
Project Management
. Present and articulate marketing ideas to clients.
. Direct and guide team members to develop programs that will utilize marketing opportunities.
. Manage and deliver projects consistent with client expectations and within allotted time.
. Assist in developing marketing initiatives and recommendations for DMS.
. Manage and liaise with suppliers for material and outsourced jobs.
Required Skills:
· Proven Client Servicing record.
· Strong leadership and Team development skills
· Result & Action oriented.
· Proficient in written & Verbal Communication.
· Solid analytical & Presentation skills.
· A Team player who works effectively with others.
· Solid knowledge of DM applications will be an advantage.
