Thank very much for your diligence and support, because without it, enormous contributions from community members wouldn't have made its way to being public. I am very obliged to those who are rallying behind the scene to break the web site monopoly and transforms it from a web site for the closest few to the general majority. It is with the community that the content rests and my thinking is that by token of membership, all members contributions that are legible based on certain merits (should be approved by the general assembly as a judicial body, and hence endorsed by the EC as an executive body) should find its way to the light of the people mind. In the past some EC members argued that articles must be reviewed an approved by EC. I have a slightly different opinion and that there must be a committee made up of unbiased individuals from the community that are independent thinkers equipped with the domain knowledge necessary to speak to the validity of the article contents or panel discussions. However, we need to allow more freedom so that individuals can express and exchange their ideas freely. A vibrant and dynamic community known to be will only be passive, if there is no issue to discuss, agree or disagree on. We are in a very need to social, economical, and political architects, innovative ideas, and novel approaches to our persistent problems as a Diasporas community, wherever we are. We cannot and shall not agree to be at the status in quo and be content as a stagnant community. We must seek to be active and dynamic.
In another related matter, we need to look in depth in the issue of the proprietary right; many individuals in the past have expressed openly by addressing EC respective members to be provided with a copy of their lectures or discussion panels. I add to it, that all tapes must be redeemed as a SACDO PUBLIC proprietary; that is any active member will have the right to view them and grant access to it. Perhaps, we can think of using the abandoned office except for the EC meeting which are held now and then, as a site worth visiting. In this site we can make a space where all videos as well as other read and written materials by members can lavishly form a library of valuable assets are viewable to all membersin-site.
Back to the subject of the email, is that I would like to thank who made the humble work (A7NA GAMAA) that I wrote and added a melody to it an extravaganza of some sort; the talented kids of our community including the one who attend our schools ( to whom I shall ever be grateful), the unmistakable talented keyboard player (USTAZA: MAHA ABDULLAH) who build in an extravagant dimension by playing the song. Many thanks to our wonderful gathering of parents and school administrator . I am truly lucky to have in my companionship, individuals with such wonderful understanding and the insight necessary to allow people to contribute freely; they realized a longtime ago the need to have this understanding, because such qualities are inherent in them and part of who they are (Dr. Mohamed Idris, Eng. Khalid Tawfeeg, Ustaz. Akram Mukhtar, USTAZ. Hassan Alhassan, and Dr. Nimaat; another hidden talent and an amazing lady that knew a longtime ago that there more to learning than a chalk and a board; day in day out she is making a difference; you should listen to her work- truly born to be creative and school of thought that worth shedding the light on) There are more that I don't recall their names up to the last one and for that I beg their pardon, I know there will come the day when I will find myself compelled to make a documentry of those silent knights. I know without them, what I have wort will just be jotted words on scrap of papers sitting somewhere in the corner.
A final word, be active and remain engaged; contribute your ideas and be present to critique our work this December the 10th when our general assembly convene to create the necessary dynamic and plot the strategy for the upcoming year.

If that happened, did you bring that issue to EC attention. I hope you are not relying on the issue raised by Mr. Bakhit. I did discuss the issue with him. If you submitted and article and the webmaster refused to post it, please let me know.
It is unprofessional to bring out a subject discussed in EC meeting and EC did not approve it. You stated that you suggested a committee to evaluate the articles. If that was your suggestion and EC refused to adopt it, it is unprofessional to bring that to the public. The right procedure is to try it again and again and try to convince the members to vote for it.
Regarding the taping and distribution of the lectures, please bear in mind that neither the tapes nor the camera belong to al-jalia. The taping is a volunteer work and the person who tapes these lectures has the right to give a copy or not. EC doesn't demand that whoever tapes should give copy to the lecturer or to members. If you would like to volunteer and tape these lectures and give copies to speakers and the public, you are more than welcome. You can use the abandoned office.

Meetings are held when the quorum is right and we excuse those who are busy and couldn't make it. We did the same thing for you last meeting.
Dear Ghada: I wish you stop the style of intimidation which you throw on the web from time to time. You did the same thing concerning the dinner which was held for resigned members. Mr. Husein answered you and I had to intervene and stopped him from scaling the argument. I don't see any one of the members you had quarreled with saying any thing about you or writing in indirect way to touch you. But I see that you are writing and indirectly touching and intimidating others.
If you like to sit down and discuss these issues, I am more than glad to do that. We have to have respect for each others even if we quarreled with them and dislike them.

I know you never intended for this message to come my way but somehow I received it. In case you don't know, I am no longer a member of SACDO and my membership terminated on 6/25/2006. So, you don't need to worry about me any more.
I am not sure what discussions you are referring in you message to Ms. Ghada but the last time we ever talked was more than 5 months ago on Sunday 6/11//2006. The only contact after that we ever had was two emails on 6/12/2006. I had no contact of any form (conversation, email or phone) with you since 6/12/2006. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Following the inspection release you put on 6/11/2006 which made it look like I was inspecting SACDO financial records and totally ignoring all points I made in written correspondence to the EC related to institutionalism, accountablity and transperancy (group resignations, the forums, email membership list, issues of an EX EC member, etc), I have decided not to waste more of your time, my time and other people's time in the matter.
You sealed off some of the issues claiming a court order prevents you from discussing them. I asked for the court order and to date you are unable to make it available. The extent, to which some can go to cover up for friends, is really amusing.
I don't really care for the private apologies you sent to me prior to 6/11//2006. I thought you were genuine and in response to your private apology made a public apology that I take this opportunity to recall.
If you have an issue with an EC member, please try to resolve it without forcing me in the situation. I have nothing to do with SACDO anymore, However I am responding for the record because my name is mentioned in your message.
Dr. Ahmed Osman, I have no intention of dragging this but if you come back with more on this matter, please start with the earlier correspondence of the inspection and the court case number, date, time and place even it has been abandoned now or at least an admission none ever existed. No private or personal messages please and no proper channels but the public domain.

عودة ديجانقو بطولة الكوز احمد عثمان يادينق هذا الموتور الجبان المدعو احمد عثمان حاول من قبل الاعتداء علي لكنه خاف ابعاد ذلك واكتفي بالشتم واللعن مثل شكل المصريات.....
ليس غريبا علي هذا الكوز مثل هذا التصرف وهاهو الان يعتدي علي النساء في شخص الزميلة غادة.
اكرر القول ان هذه الجالية الكيزانية بقيادة ثلاثي الارهاب احمد عثمان وابراهيم سعد و حسين عبد الجليل يجب ان تكنس لمزبلة التاريخ.

يبدو أن العمل العام للجاليات السودانية في أمريكا يحتاج إلى

وقريبآ سأبدأ بفتح ملف فشل العمل العام للجاليات السودانية
بأمريكا..
واضح من المكاتبات والوثائق التى وردت هنا بأن الأخت غادة قد تعرضت
إلى ظلم وأمتهان وتهديد مبطن.. ولشدما دهشت حينما طالبها السيد رئيس
الجالية بأن تناقش مشكلتها داخل اللجنة التنفيذية فقط وأن لاتنشرها
