The U.S. government is about to send military aid to three African countries collaborating to help overthrow the militant Islamic regime in Sudan, regarded in Washington as a key sponsor of international terrorism, according to Clinton administration and congressional officials.
Nearly $20 million in surplus U.S. military equipment will be sent to Ethiopia, Eritrea and Uganda, the officials said, adding that the three countries support Sudanese opposition groups preparing a joint offensive to topple the Khartoum government.
U.S. officials also deny that the equipment is specifically earmarked for the Sudanese rebels, despite the declared anti-Khartoum policies of the recipient governments. "We are assisting these governments in their own defense. Nothing we are giving them is to be used for any other purpose," said George E. Moose, assistant secretary of state for African affairs.
وفى خبر اخر يقول رغم تعاون السودان مع اليونايتد نيشنز وفى اتفاق يعطى السودان مهلة 90 يوما لمعالجة الموقف فى دارفور الا ان امريكا وبريطانيا سعوا الى استصدار قرار يقلص المدة الى 30 يوما فقط مستندين الى المادة41 وبعدها تم اصدار العقوبات الاقيصادية والديبلوماسية Article 41 [of the UN Charter]". Article 41 excludes military action but allows economic and diplomatic sanctions.

قامت بريطانيا واستراليا مع امريكا بالضغط على حكومة الخرطوم بشان دارفور واعلمتها بمقدرتها واستعدادها لارسال قوات عسكرية اذا طلب منها ذلك وقد قال الكوماندر مايك جاكسون لنة قادر على ارسال 5000 جندى وكان هذا فى يوم 26 وتبعة مدعيا فى يوم 25 وزير الخارجية الاسترالى السيد الكسندر دونير ان الامم المتحدة اعلمتة انهم قد يحتاجون الى قوات استرالية لترسل الى السودان للمتابع ان يرى التناسق والتاتابع فى التواريخ لتهيئة الراى العام العالمى وتاليبة على السودان وامعانا منها فى المصداقية وتهكمها من الاخبار الواردة من مكتب الوزير الاسترالى وضعت الصحيفة مقولتة بين شولتين
the British and Australian governments added to Washington's pressure on Khartoum by letting it be known that they were prepared to send troops to the region if called upon. Britain's top commander, General Mike Jackson, said on July 26 that he could send 5000 troops to Sudan if needed, while on July 25 Australian foreign minister Alexander Downer, claiming to have received a "request from the United Nations", declared that "there's a good chance that [Australia] will send some troops to Sudan".
[B]قام الكونجرس الامريكى فى يوليو 22 بالتصويت بالكامل ودعى الرئيس الامريكى بوش الى التعامل مع السودان بطريقة عالمية او فردية للدخول الى السودان ووقف التطهير العرقى اذا لم تتمكن الامم المتحدة من حل المشكلة وللمتابع نقول ان الترتيب للدخول الى السودان تحت زريعة التطهير العرقى فات حدة وفكرة دخول امريكا وحدها الى السودان كانت تتم لة العدة قبل سنوات
