(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});🟥 ماهي الخلفية الكاملة ، ومدلولات تشريع الكونغرس الجديد بادانة انقلاب البرهان وحميدتي واطراف اتفاق جوبا في 25 اكتوبر الماضي ومساندة شعب السودان ؟🔵عبدالرحمن الامين mailto:mailto:[email protected]@journalist.commailto:[email protected]@journalist.com واشنطن ، الاربعاء 23 مارس 2022المختصر المفيد لما صدر عن الكونغرس ظهيرة اليوم هو اننا لن نسمع بعد اليوم اي فذلكة لغوية ، او توصيفا دبلوماسيا امريكيا ، يصدر من اي مسؤول او جهاز تنفيذي او وزارة ، لا يسمي ما قام به البرهان وحميدتي واطراف اتفاق جوبا بأنه انقلاب عسكري تدينه الولايات المتحدة الامريكية ، وتصطف فيه الي جانب الشعب السوداني وتسنده مساندة كاملة لاستعادة حقوقه ودحر الانقلاب .هذا هو الموقف الامريكي الرسمي -نقطة سطر جديد !لا يفوتك وانت تقرأ هذا الخبر ، ان تطالع صورة البرهان وهو يقلد السيناتور كريس كونز وسام الجمهورية يوم 4 مايو 2021 فهذه اللقطة توفر إضاءة كاشفة تفضح التفكير المعطوب لهذا الدماغ النهّاز الذي لا يعرف الا حبك المؤمرات ، والذهنية الغبية التي تختمر فيه ولدرجة يعتقد فيها عبدالفتاح البرهان ان الكذب البواح هو من خصائص ادارة الدولة ! وفوق كل هذا فلابد وان تحتار في هذا الكم المهول من البلادة المستوطنة والتي حفزته لتقديم وسام جمهوريته رشوة للسيناتور الذي جاءه من أعالي البحار ليحثه علي الوقوف مع شعبه العظيم ويساعد عملية التحول الديموقراطي فوعده خيرا وبعد 5 أشهر فقط نسي تعهداته!! فأصبح كريس كونز اليوم الصديق الاول لشعب السودان العظيم ، والنصل النهّاش في حشا برهان وكل الانقلابيين ! فالتشريع الذي صدر اليوم الاربعاء يمثل اجرائيا موقفا امريكيا قانونيا يدين ادانة كاملة إنقلاب 25 اكتوبر الماضي بعد ان اعتمدت جلسة للجنة الشؤون الخارجية التوصية القديمة بادانة الانقلاب فأصبحت التوصية قانونا نافذا . حدث هذا الترفيع النوعي والقانوني في الجلسة التي عقدتها لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بمجلس الشيوخ بكامل عضويتها اليوم ، وهي اكثر اللجان نفوذا وقوة في تقرير السياسة الخارجية للولايات المتحدة الامريكية وقراراتها ملزمة ولا يستطيع حتي الرئيس تجاوز تشريعاتها . عقدت اللجنة اليوم جلسة تنفيذية يسمونها هنا جلسة عمل Business Session ( لا يحضرها شهود ولا تستمع فيها لافادات ، وتحصر عملها في إصدار القرارات ) . وتم اعتماد التوصية التي اصبحت تشريعا قانونيا ملزما لادارة بايدن ولمن سيأتي بعده . ورغم اكتظاظ جدول اللجنة اليوم بالكثير من القضايا الضاغطة والبنود التي بلغت 25 بندا ،، الا ان اللجنة ادرجت موضوع السودان في جدول أعمالها وفعلا ، تم التصويت سريعا عليه واصبحت توصية سناتور كونز قرارا جاء ترتيبه كبند في جدول الاعمال تحت الرقم 23 بهذا النص (. S.Con.Res.20, A concurrent resolution condemning the October 25, 2021, military coup in Sudan and standing with the people of Sudan .) كانت هناك الكثير من القرارات المتنوعة التي تم التصويت عليها في هذه الجلسة التنفيذية التي ترأسها السيناتور مانندينز وتم تخصيصها لكافة اعضاء اللجنةفجلسة العمل ، كما ذكرنا ، تتنوع موضوعاتها وتشمل كثير من الامور المختلفة ذات الصلة بعمل لجنة الشؤون الخارجية مثل اعتماد ترشيحات السفراء الجدد للسفارات الامريكية الخارجية ، تعيين الموظفين الكبار في وزارة الخارجية ، الموافقة علي الاتفاقات الثنائية أو متابعة توصيات قديمة وحان وقت التصويت عليها لتكتسب قوتها التشريعية الكاملة - وهو ماحدث بالنسبة للتوصية بادانة انقلاب حميدتي والرهان في 25 اكتوبر . فقد أصبحت تلك التوصية ابتداءا من اليوم تشريعا ملزما . فيما يلي قائمة بالاجندة التي استعرضها اجتماع عمل لجنة الشؤون الخارجية اليوم الاربعاء في اجتماع بدأ الساعة 10 صباحا (4 عصرا بتوقيت السودان ) ولا يزال مستمرا .AGENDAFor this hearing, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee will follow guidelines developed in consultation with the Office of the Attending Physician (OAP), the Senate Sergeant at Arms, and the Senate Rules Committee to protect the health of members,witnesses, staff, and the public.
