Benefits: Candidate required to: - Have a minimum 1 Year experience as a Field Care Supervisor. - Driver Preferable. - Will be employed as a Field Care Supervisor for Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster and the surrounding areas, and your duties will largely be to work closely with the Field Care Manager. - Be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care and Support Workers within a defined area. -Must be willing to work two weekends per month that includes Saturday and Sunday. -Field Care Supervisors will spend approximately 90% of their working week in the field with the remaining 5% to 10% being spent in the office in order to complete necessary administration duties.
Salary range: £19,000-£23,000 (Based on Experience).

Salary: £10.58 - £11.30 Hours: 0hour contract. Arabic Speaker desirable
Location: Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the client and Caremark.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
Principal Responsibilities
Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as: Help with washing and dressing. Shopping and meal preparation. Prompting with medication. Support with daily routines. Respite services. Socialising and leisure activities and Companionship. Helping clients access the community
