The only power to revert or veto this ,is the congress with 2/3rd of both upper and lower houses to vote against this
؟The question ؟can the president -elect Joe Biden can revert this when he takes office on the 20iest of January
Yes He can
but Joe Biden who won the presidency because of the votes of people of coulor ,in states like Pennsylvania and Georgia Is not going to do this
