شهد الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي احتفالية "قادرون باختلاف" في نسختها الخامسة، والتي أُقيمت بمركز المنارة للمؤتمرات الدولية بالقاهرة الجديدة. وتعد هذه الاحتفالية من أبرز المناسبات التي تُعنى بتسليط الضوء على قضايا ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز حقوقهم وفرصهم في المجتمع المصري.
بحضور الرئيس السيسي، أكدت الحكومة المصرية التزامها الراسخ بتعزيز المساواة والتمكين لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتحقيق مشاركتهم الفعّالة في جميع جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية. ويعتبر حضور الرئيس السيسي لهذه الفعالية إشارة قوية إلى دعمه الشخصي والحكومي لقضايا ذوي الإعاقة وتفهمه العميق لأهمية تعزيز حقوقهم وتحسين ظروفهم.
وتميزت الاحتفالية بحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، ووزيرة التضامن نيفين القباج، ووزير الشباب والرياضة الدكتور أشرف صبحي، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الوزراء وكبار رجال الدولة الآخرين.
وتجسدت فعاليات الاحتفالية في مجموعة من الفقرات المتنوعة التي تسلط الضوء على إنجازات وتحديات ذوي الإعاقة في مصر. وقد تضمنت الفعاليات عروضًا فنية وثقافية، وعروضًا تعريفية ببرامج الدعم والتمكين المتاحة لهم، بالإضافة إلى فقرات توعية وتثقيف حول حقوق الإنسان والمساواة.
ويولي أن الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اهتمامًا خاصًا لقضايا الأطفال وذوي الإعاقة، ويظهر حبه ورعايته لهؤلاء الأطفال من خلال حضوره ودعمه للفعاليات والمبادرات التي تستهدف تحسين حياتهم وتوفير الفرص المناسبة لهم في المجتمع.
ويعكس حضور سيادته ودعمه لهذا النوع من الفعاليات التزامه الشخصي والحكومي بتعزيز حقوق وفرص الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. فبحضوره، يبعث الرئيس رسالة قوية بأنه يولي اهتمامًا خاصًا لهذه الفئة من المجتمع ويرغب في دعمها ورعايتها. ذلك وبالإضافة إلى توجيه الحكومة لتخصيص موارد مالية وبرامج دعم خاصة لذوي الإعاقة، مما يعكس التزامه الجاد بتحسين ظروفهم وتوفير الفرص المناسبة لهم للاندماج في المجتمع وتحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة.وفي هذا الصدد وجه الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسى، الحكومة بتخصيص 10 مليارات جنيه لصندوق "قادرون باختلاف".
ويتجلى حب الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي في المحافظة على حضور ودعم الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة يظهر من خلال جهوده المستمرة في دعم الفعاليات والمبادرات التي تستهدف هذه الفئة، وفي توجيه الحكومة لتخصيص الموارد اللازمة لتحسين حياتهم وتوفير الفرص المناسبة لهم.
تُظهر هذه الجهود الملموسة للدولة المصرية في تحسين ظروف وفرص ذوي الإعاقة وتوفير الدعم اللازم لهم. من خلال الاهتمام بتطبيق الكود الهندسي المصري في بناء المباني، يضمن القانون سهولة الوصول والحركة لذوي الإعاقة، مما يسهم في تحسين جودة حياتهم وزيادة مشاركتهم في المجتمع.
كما أن وجود قوانين لضمان العلاج الطبي والنفسي وتوفير مراكز صحية ملتزمة بأعلى معايير الجودة يعكس التزام الحكومة بتوفير الرعاية الصحية اللازمة لذوي الإعاقة. وتعكس المبادرات الرئاسية لدمجهم في المجتمع الاهتمام بضمان مشاركتهم الفعّالة في جميع جوانب الحياة.
ويعد تحفيز المبتكرين وشركات البرمجيات لتطوير برامج وتطبيقات لأصحاب الهمم باللغة العربية خطوة هامة نحو تمكين هذه الفئة من استخدام التكنولوجيا لتحقيق أهدافهم وتسهيل حياتهم اليومية.
ومن خلال وجود 9 نواب من ذوي الهمم في مجلس النواب المصري، يظهر التزام الدولة بضمان تمثيل هذه الفئة في السلطة التشريعية، وتعزيز مشاركتهم في صنع القرارات التي تؤثر على حياتهم وحقوقهم.بالإضافة إلى إنشاء صندوق عطاء وبطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة لأصحاب الهمم، الذي يهدف إلى دعم المؤسسات ذوي الإعاقة وتوفير الخدمات الضرورية لهم، وتشجيع الاستثمار في هذا المجال.
تعكس هذه الجهود التي تبذلها الحكومة المصرية التزامها الجاد بتحسين حياة ذوي الإعاقة وتوفير الفرص المناسبة لهم للمشاركة بشكل كامل وفعّال في المجتمع. وتعزز هذه الجهود مكانة مصر كدولة تولي اهتماماً بالمساواة والتمكين لجميع شرائح المجتمع.
President Sisi participates in the “Capable with a Difference” celebration to support people with disabilities
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed the “Able to Difference” celebration in its fifth edition, which was held at the Al-Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo. This celebration is one of the most prominent occasions concerned with highlighting the issues of people with disabilities and promoting their rights and opportunities in Egyptian society.
In the presence of President Sisi, the Egyptian government affirmed its firm commitment to promoting equality and empowerment for people with special needs, and achieving their effective participation in all aspects of social, economic and cultural life. President Sisi’s attendance at this event is a strong indication of his personal and governmental support for the issues of people with disabilities and his deep understanding of the importance of promoting their rights and improving their conditions.
The celebration was marked by the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Solidarity Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, in addition to a number of ministers and other senior statesmen.

Motivating innovators and software companies to develop programs and applications for people of determination in the Arabic language is an important step towards enabling this group to use technology to achieve their goals and facilitate their daily lives.
Through the presence of 9 representatives with people of determination in the Egyptian House of Representatives, the state’s commitment is demonstrated to ensure the representation of this group in the legislative authority, and to enhance their participation in decision-making that affects their lives and rights. In addition to establishing the Attaa Fund and the Integrated Services Card for People of Determination, which aims to support Institutions for people with disabilities, providing the necessary services for them, and encouraging investment in this field.
These efforts by the Egyptian government reflect its serious commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities and providing them with appropriate opportunities to participate fully and effectively in society. These efforts strengthen Egypt's position as a country that pays attention to equality and empowerment for all segments of society.
