Urgent Action Needed: Sudan calls upon you all, The good world!
To the: Security Council African Union ICC, The Hague European Union ILO- International Labor Organization of UN Un European External Action Service United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) International Organization for Migration (IOM)
Your Excellency, On 3rd June 2019 a massacre was committed in Khartoum by Janjaweed (Rabid Support Force RSF) together with their partners in The "Transitional Military Council". An indiscriminate and brutal slaughter occurred for more than 150 protestors, they have been killed immediately, some burned other killed and thrown in the water of The Nile, hundreds wounded and thousands have been missed in a addition to many cases of rape "girls and men". This is all a planned attack by the RSF, NISS, People's Police militia, People's Security Militia, Defence Miltia, Student Security Militia. They were a force of 10,000. In addition to the militia of the fundamentalists Mohamed Gozoly and Abdelhai Yousif. Army and police personnel in detention for refusing to shoot at protesters, some of them are killed as a consequence.
Sudanese people are witnessing those days a horrific and barbaric actions by Janjaweed (Rabid Support Force RSF) and their partners in the Transitional Military Council, who is majority believed it is belonging to, and directed by the old regime of Omer Al-Bashir. . The senseless killing of protestors must be stopped immediately, and those responsible for the bloodbath at Janjaweed and The Transitional Military Council , including at command level, must be held fully accountable for their dreadful actions.
On Sunday 9th June Sudanese people led by Alliance of Freedom and Change start comprehensive strike including the general and private sectors. The Military council and leader of Janjaweed "Humity" threaten people in advance to bring them to work by force, preventing them from practicing their legal rights.
The African Union, US, France, Germany, Netherlands and many other states, regional and international identities refused to acknowledged The Transitional Military Council.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt are the only countries recognized and support Janjaweed and The Transitional Military Council. We therefore call upon the governments of those courtiers to stop helping Janjweed killing and abusing Sudanese people .
We call also upon the EU to suspend immediately "Khartoum Process". Khartoum Process is a program funded by the EU since November 2014 to purchase services from the Janjaweed militia to prevent illegal migration from the Horn of Africa countries to Europe. This program has strengthened the Janjaweed militia and encouraged them to act freely out of the law.
Instead the task must be shifted to any future government in Sudan. At this point we call upon you to classify the so-called “Rapid Support Forces” the nickname of the Janjaweed militia as a terrorist organization due to their dreadful actions, behaving outlaw and abusing all human rights conventions.
The Sudanese people at this moment have specific demands as stated in The Declaration of Freedom and Change. The required steps to sustain peace in Sudan begin with:
An immediate transfer of power to a transitional civilian government to govern for a three-year term, followed by ELECTIONS.
The dissolution of Bashir's National Congress Party, with its top leaders brought to justice - including the ousted president.
The confiscation of NCP properties.
The reinstatement of the country's 2005 constitution, which the military council suspended shortly after ousting Mr. Bashir.
The liberation of all civilians detained in relation to the protest movement, as well as army and police personnel in detention for refusing to shoot at protesters.
