في السودان عندنا العقار الطبيعي لتخفيض نسبة الكوليسترول في الدم. ونحكي عن تجربة شخصية وليست نقلاً.

الصمغ ،،،القوار او الغوار GUAR علاج مكتوب في كتب الطب لامراض كثيرة....
وكثير من الاغذية والاعشاب نافعة جدا...
بس موضوع الهندي لا بد من ا لرجوع له...
