لا بد أن نتتمتع ببعض الحساسية عندما نتناول مثل هذه الأمور، هذه تهمة قد تكون صادقة وقد تكون كاذبة، فلننتظر حتى صدور الحكم.
فيما يختص بالسودان، إذا ثبت أن دكتور ابو سن تسبب في قتل مرضى بقصد او بإهمال منه، على أهل المتوفى الشروع في إجراءات قضائية ضد الدكتور.
اقول قولي هذا ولا اعرف دكتور ابو سن، لكن رمي الكلام على عواهنه مضر جداً بشخص قد يكون بريء وقد يكون مذنب
فلننتظر قول المحكمة فهو الفيصل في مثللاهذه الحالات.

لا ارى فيما يحدث له سوى اتهام وقضية امام المحكمة يمكن ان تدينه ويمكن ان تبرءيه ، ولا ارى حتى الان اي انتقام الهي حتى يصدر حكم إدانة
القصد هنا ان تكون لدينا حساسية تجاه العدالة عموما
بالنسبة لقضية زينة فهي قضية مختلفة، لم اسمع بها ولذلك ساجمع كل المعلومات عنها وبعد ذلك أكون وجهة نظري فيها
لك التحايا والاحترام

في احيان كثيره من هذه الفئات العمره تكون هنالك عمليات ابتذاذ و علي وجه التحديد في بريطانيا و امريكيا .
و هنالك حالات بالكوم لتلك العمليات الاحتياليه
ما زال امر الدكتور ابوسن قيد الاتهام
نتمني من الله العلي القدير و في هذه الايام المباركه ان تدان هذه الفتاه بالاحتيال
في يوم من الايام احتفل كل السودان بانجازات الدكتور ابوسن
لا نبرر الخطأ الطبي في حادثه المرحمه الزينه ، ان كان هنالك خطأ فهنالك جهات اختصاص للحكم ،
و ان الكل جامل في حاله حدوث خطأ متعمد فلا ننسي الحكم العدل الديان الله العلي القدير المنتقم

يا ناصر البتعمل فيه دي اسمه Defamation case و دكتور ابو سن ممكن براحة لو شاف البسوت يتلتلك لمن تعرف حاجة
و ايضا عدم استخدامك لكلمة مزعوم او alleged عند ذكر التهمة الموجهة لدكتور ابو سن قبل النطق في الحكم يعد مخالفة قانونية صريحة ممكن تجهجه ركبك ..

شوفوا الخبر ده. المحكمة أعلنت براءة د. أبوسن بالإجماع:
Jury clears doctor accused of sexually assaulting teenage patient
Jury of four men and eight women takes just two hours to unanimously acquit hospital locum Kamal Abusin
A doctor accused of touching a teenage girl inappropriately during an examination has been cleared by a jury.
Hospital locum Dr Kamal Abusin, who also works for a charity carrying out kidney transplants in Africa, had been arrested and charged following a shift at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant earlier this year.
He faced two counts of sexual assault after a complaint was made by the 19-year-old hairdresser that he had squeezed her breast and touched her vaginal area while carrying out an abdominal examination.
Following a three day trial at Cardiff Crown Court, a jury of four men and eight women took just two hours to unanimously acquit him.
The girl was visiting AandE with her boyfriend who had injured himself during a family row when she decided to ask if she could see a doctor too because she had ongoing pain following a keyhole surgical procedure six weeks before.
She alleged Dr Abusin, a 54-year-old married man with three children, called her in, told her she was beautiful and squeezed her breast as he brushed some of her hair aside while examining her.
She said one of his hands then wandered to her pubic area while the other was pressing her abdomen to check for internal bleeding.
The doctor, who lives with his family at Vauxhall Bridge Road, London and does locum work all over the UK, said he did not even remember the girl when he was questioned by South Wales Police just after returning from an organ transplant trip to Sudan, but said what she was suggesting was "absolutely not true".
Giving evidence to the court, where he was accused under cross examination of taking advantage of a pretty girl, he told the jurors"All patients are the same - young or old - there is no distinction.
"This lady was like any other patient I have seen. There was nothing different to make me remember her".
He said instruments inserted during keyhole surgery could cause bleeding and he had to check for that when the girl presented herself at AandE.
"You press gently behind the pubic bone and if that causes no pain then you press deeper" he explained.
"I did not touch that (the vaginal area). That is not part of the examination".
Judge David Wynn Morgan said some of the doctor's legal costs would be refunded, after hearing he had been temporarily suspended from his work pending the trial.
