Dear Madame/Sir,
I am writing to ask if the British Council have anything to do with a Cambridge school in Khartoum associated with Dr.Amin Hasan Omer and Engineer Al-Saeed Mahjub. The first is a minster in al-Basihr's government while the second is closely associated with the regime. The reason I am asking is that Cambridge Sudan appropriated unlawfully a playground in the Ma'mura neighborhood in Khartoum to build its campus in whose activities the British Council figures prominently. The act as you may know now is causing great consternation to the residents who are picketing the construction site. The youth who play football on this ground are pressuring the rest to violently confront the police force sent to guard the place for these men in high places. I wanted to clarify your association with Cambridge Sudan to begin writing a full complaint about it.

I sent simultaneously a letter of inquiry to Cambridge International schools as follows:
