من فترة اتصلت بي اخت تريد ان ترسل ابنها للتعليم في ماليزيا
وعرفت ان هناك مشكلة اذا لم يجد الطالب منحة او قرض للتعليم
حيث الرسوم عالية جدا وينتهى الطالب بكموينتي كولج
بالمقارنة وجدنا الرسوم متشابهة تقريبا مع الجامعات هنا
واكد لي هذا الحديث اخ كريم اتى لاحضار ابنه الى هنا للدراسةز
توجد في ماليزيا جامعات تعمل بنظام التوأمة مع جامعات امريكية
وبيرطانيةز يمكن لطالب ان يتحول الى هناك في اي مرحلة
بكل مواده وساعاته المعتمدة...
ولذلك يمكن ان يدرس الطالب هنا 3 سنوات ثم يحول الى هناك السنة الاخيرة
هذا بالنسبة لامريكا
ولناس بريطانيا اكثر الجامعات لديها برامج بيرطانية
ولديهم سنة تاسيسية بدلا عن ال A level
يمكن لطالب ان يدرس السنة الاخيرة هناك
يوجد فرع لجامعة نوتنق هام
تكلفة الدراسة تتراوح من12 الف دولار الى 6 الف دولار سنويا على حسب الجامعة او الكلية

المعلومة صحيحة حيث ان هذه الجامعات اصلا جامعات امريكية
يدرس الطلاب هنا عدد من السنوات ثم يكملوا بعد ذلك في امريكا
المشكلة لدي بقية الطلاب هي الفيزا لامريكا
ولكن لطالب يحمل جواز امريكي او اقامة دائمة لن تكون مشكلة..
وهناك جامعات الان سمحت بان تكون كل الدرجة في ماليزيا..
وهذه الانظمة معمول بها عالميا ومقبولة 100%
في امريكا وبيرطانيا ..

What is a Transfer Program?

Introduction
.
Before we explain what a transfer program is, first, let us look at a brief description of an American degree.
.
An American degree is a four-year degree course which is so flexible that a student will only need to decide on their intended major in their second year (in America this year is called the ‘sophomore’ year).
.
Students’ academic progress is based on continuous assessment – 70% from the total will be evaluated on the students’ coursework and 30% will be graded from the final exam. The American education system, does not only look at how students do well in class, so, it is NOT all about studying. Students will have to be equally active outside of class.
.
The American education is very different from what Malaysian students are used to, because students are also required to take courses outside of their major (these courses are commonly known as Liberal Arts Education). Overall, the American education will be very interesting because students are encourage and expected to speak out, ask questions and challenge their instructors during discussions in and outside of the classrooms.

What about Taylor’s American Degree Transfer Program?
.
The American Degree Transfer Program (ADP) at Taylor’s is a credit-transfer program that offers courses in the fields of business, actuarial science, engineering, computer science, mass communication, applied sciences, psychology, and liberal arts.

Students complete about half of the degree requirements at Taylor’s ADP and the other half is completed at the university-of-choice in the U.S. About 40 courses in total are completed within the duration of their four years of studies, where 20 courses (60 credit hours) are completed at ADP and the rest are completed in the U.S. Since the total duration to obtain a U.S. degree is four years, students spend about two years in Taylor’s and another two years in the U.S., hence the “2+2” option.

Students can join the Taylor’s ADP directly after high school. It is not required to do a pre-university or foundation program prior to enrollment, however, upon admission in Taylor’s ADP, students must be focused on their studies from day one in order to successfully transfer to a top university of their choice in the U.S. later on.

PUTRAJAYA (Nov 10, 2011): Of 210 private colleges audited under the Malaysian Quality Evaluation System for Private Colleges (MyQuest), only three were rated six-star (distinction) and received scores of above 90%.
The three top scoring private colleges are the Penang Medical College, Segi College Subang Jaya and Taylor’s College Subang Jaya.
Announcing the results of the inaugural MyQuest audit yesterday, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Khaled Nordin said 20 colleges received five-star rating (excellent); 60 four-star (very good), 55 three-star (good), 35 two-star (satisfactory) and 37one-star (poor).
Among those in the five-star category are Limkokwing Institute of Creative Technology (Sarawak branch), KBU International College Selangor, KDU College (Penang Campus), Putra Intelek International College, Binary College, Malacca-Manipal Medical College, Kolej Tafe, Negri Sembilan and Pusat Teknologi & Pengurusan Lanjutan Shah Alam.
A total of 403 private institutions had been invited to be audited under the MyQuest system which was implemented for the first time this year using data of the colleges in the 2010/2011 academic year.
Mohd Khaled said 310 had accepted the offer but only 232 qualified. Howeer only 210 were audited as 22 were not ready to be audited. The audit will be done once every two years.
The audit was based on three factors - the college, field of studies and readiness to accept international and the five main criteria of the rating process are students, resources, quality of management system, programme recognition and graduate recognition.
Speaking to reporters after the ministry’s Integrity Day celebration yesterday, Khaled said he was not satisfied with the performance of about 35% of the private colleges which had received only two and one star ratings.
“If they continue to be below the three-star category, eventually the market will determine their fate and future. This rating will help them in making the right decisions for their own good," he said adding that the government will not like to make it compulsory for private colleges to undergo the MyQuest audit.
He urged private colleges to improve their standard and quality so as to remain viable and become institutions of choice of students from both local and abroad, he said it was vital for them to remain competitive in the market.
"The market will eventually determine their fate and discipline those who performed below certain standard,” he said, adding that the results show that there are private institutions which are not very capable of providing quality higher education.
Mohd Khaled said the MyQuest rating is an important reference which will be used by the ministry and other agencies in their planning and decision-making process.
It will also help the National Higher Education Fund Corporation in making decisions when approving or channeling loans to private college students.
The rating will also be used by the ministry in approving applications for status upgrade from college to university college and in justifying approval for application of licence to recruit international students.
“Institutions which are less viable will be identified and advised to merge or take part in acquisitions. Colleges with three stars and below are encouraged to take up Capacity Building Programmes.
“We hope more colleges could be included in the MyQuest in future so that the public, especially students, can make an informed decision when choosing an institution to further their studies at tertiary level,” he added.

The School of Design was established in 1993 and has an exclusive agreement with Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK, to conduct of art & design programmes in Malaysia. KBU International College is the first and only centre in South East Asia to conduct the University’s Honours degree courses in Graphic Design and Interior Architecture & Design.
Nottingham Trent University’s School of Art & Design has a long history in art & design education that dates back to 1843. Today, it is one of the major providers of art & design education at tertiary level in the United Kingdom.

في امريكا في نوعين من الرسوم الدراسية. رسوم للطلبة الأجانب و دي فعلا عالية. و رسوم اقل جداً للطلبة المقيمين في اي ولاية
يعني اذا كان الطالب مقيم في ولاية معينة بيلاقي قبول في الجامعات الحكومية في الولاية المعينة بمصاريف اقل جداً من الطالب الأجنبي
حقيقي أنا ما متأكده من الرسوم بالضبط كم( كل ولاية اسعارها براها)لكن ما أظن انها اكتر من الأرقام الفوق دي.
مثلا ، أنا متأكده ان الرسوم في جامعة كالفورنيا ببريكلي( واحدة من افضل الجامعات في العالم) و كالفورنيا من أغلي الولايات الامريكية، أناعارفه ان الرسوم فيها حوالي 13 الف دولار في السنة.
و بتوقع باقي الولايات تكون اقل جدا ( لزول مقيم في امريكا). الحل بتاع الجامعات الامريكية في ماليزيا ممكن يكون مناسب لزول ما مقيم في امريكا

كليات الهندسة المختلفة التكلفة من 7 الف دولار الى 12 الف دولار
وهناك ابضا كليات استرالية وفروع لجامعات استرالية
الاي تي من افضل الدراسات في ماليزيا وكثيرا ما اجد اعلانات لشركات عالمية تطلب
خبراء اي تي من هنا. الدراسة تتراوح من 6 الى 10 الف دولار
نظام التوآمة هنا مشروع ناجح جدا بدا من سنوات الثمانين حيث يدرس الطلاب هنا جزء ثم يسافروا الى الغرب
وتقلل تكلفة الدراسة..

هنا ارخص الجامعات هي اكبر الجامعات ولكن كيف الدخول لها..؟
تعرفي انا دائما كنت مفتكرة انه الزول لو مولود في امريكا ممكن يدرس في امريكا بكل سهولة
بعد ذلك عرفت انه الحاجة دي ما ساهلة بالتجربة.
الان عندي بنتي تريد تعمل دراسات عليا في امريكا وهي مولودة هناك
لم نستطع ان نتحصل لها على منحة رغم تخرجها بتقدير عالي جدا من جامعة ممتازة هنا
ودين ليست على طول منذ الدخول الى الخروج..وناشطة جدا وتدربت في الامم المتحدة
وسافرت الى كم مؤتمر وعملت مع منظمات عالمية..في النهاية الان تعمل ماستر
في معهد الدراسات الاستراتجية والدفاع في جامعة مالايا..
على العموم هذا حل افتكر افضل من الدخول الى كومينتي كولج

هذه الجامعات التي احضرتها كنماذج يستحيل تكتب اي اكاذيب او تدليس اي معلومة فيها صحيحة
من تجاربي الشخصية كثير من الطلاب يحولون الى جامعات في امريكا و بيرطانيا من غير مشاكل
وقد كنا نريد ان نحول ابنتنا الى انجلكا راسكين وتركنا ذلك لانه عالي التكفلة واكملت كل البرنامج هنا
والحمدلله ...
وصديقتي ابنتها درست هنا عامين ثم حولت الى جامعة امريكية
ونعرف ناس من سنغافورة اولادهم درسو هنا ثم حولوا الى امريكا بعد ذلك
الموضوع كلوا في الفيزا.. للسودانين ضعب جدا ولكن لاي شخص جوازه مقبول في امريكا
اذا عدك اي شك يمكن تسأل الجامعات في امريكا وبريطانيا ومؤسسات المعادلة في امريكا
وجهة نظرهم في التحويل من جامعات ماليزية لديها توأمة مع جامعات امريكية
وبكدا تقطع الشك

سعيدة انه موضوعو خلص على الف خير
والشكر للاخ صبري بالسفارة السودانية ان شاء الله يوم شكرو ما يجي
قد قام بكل الواجب واكثر من الواجب..وهو دائما في خدمة الشباب ديل
ومابقصر معاهم..
اتمنى ان يراعي اولادنا قوانين الهجرة في ماليزيا ويراجعوا فيزتهم ويتجنبوا
ان تنتهي الفيزا لانه بالجد حيتعبوا شديد واهلهم كذلك لحل هذه المشكلة..
التي ممكن ما تحصل ابدا بقليل من الاهتمام
وهذه الايام ادارة الهجرة تضع كل من يكسر فيزا في القائمة السوداء
وتمنعه دخول ماليزيا لمدة ثلاث سنوات..حتى لو كان في آخر سمستر..
اتمنى الاهل يتابعون هذا الامر مع الابناء قبل سقوط الفاس في الراس
لان العلاج صعب شديد لهذه الحالات ولا يعرف ماهي نتائجها

لا أعتقد ان السودانيين المقيمين في بريطانيا او الحاصلين
علي جوازات بريطانية ليس لديهم مشكلة من هذا النوع.
تمنح الحكومة البريطانية الطلاب قروض لدفع المصروفات وتخصم
منهم مستقبلا اذا حصلوا علي وظائف تدر عليهم دخلا فوق حد ادني
معلوم. وتتوفر ايضا منح.
ركزي علي ناس الخليج وحلي ليهم مشكلتهم مع رسوم مامون حميدة.
ناس امريكا وبريطانيا ديل حكوماتم قادرة عليهم .. الكلام هناك
في القرو مجانا ولما نطو فيها طنبجوها ديك.

حقيقى البيسهل الامور ما الجواز الامريكى.
ح احاول اشرح زيادة يمكن يكون شرحى يفيد ابنتك.
لما اقول اقامة قصدى ان الزول يكون مواطن امريكى + ساكن فى ولاية امريكية لمدة اكتر من سنة. يعنى انا لو الان ساكنة فى اريزونا و قمتا رحلت كلورادو و اولادى دخلوا الجامعة بعد شهر من الرحول ما ح يكونوا معتبرين مقيمين فى ولاية كلورادو.
اما عن المنح للدراسة فالحكومة بتدفع حبة قروش او بتدى قروض مبسطة للفقراء (و دى ما كتيرة). لكن الجامعات عموما بتدى منح للدراسات العليا اذا كان موضوع بحث حل لمشكلة فعلا محتاجه حل. عشان كده طلبة المجالات العلمية ساهل جدا يقلوا منح. مثلا زوجى ما عندوا جواز امريكى امتحن التوفل و ال GRE من السودان و قدم للجامعات الامريكية. قبل ما يشوفوه بعيونهم كان لقى منحة. بس لانه درجاته كانت كويسه و مجاله مرغوب جدا فى امريكا.
ابنتك (ربنا يوفقها) لو مصرة على الدراسة العليا فى امريكا ممكن تجى تقعد سنة فلا امريكا (فى الولاية الى عاوزه تدرس فيها) بعدها ممكن تقدم للجامعات. ح تلاقي رسوم اقل و فرصة انهل تعرف بلدها
بالمناسبة الكوميونتى كلج ما حاجه كعبة. و كل الجامعات بتقبل تحويل الطلبة منها و رخيصة رخص التراب.
انا شخصيا لو عندى اولاد فى السن الدراسة الجامعية و ما عندى ليهم قروش للقراية ح اخليهم لما يمشي كوميونتى كلج و يحولوا بعدها لجامعات كبيرة. او ياخدوا قروض ذيهم ذي اولاد الامركان.
و ذى ما قلت ليك 6 ل 12 الف دولار دى ما قروش هينة و بتقرى فى جامعات حكومية كبيرة فى اغلب الولايات.
كلامك عن القبلول صح. لكن again اجامعات الحكومية القبول ليها ما مستحيل لو زول اهتم شوية كده بالدراسة
