KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has decided to join the International Criminal
Court (ICC), said Minister in Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri
Nazri Abd Aziz."This is a declaration that Malaysia rejects war
crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide," he said. The decision,
which was made by the Cabinet last Friday, was a historic
move.Malaysia will have to ratify the ROme Statute to join the ICC,
which has its headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.
