 EU Call for Proposals: Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development in Sudan

If there are any NGOs - Non-Governmental Organization - who is interested in submitting a project for this EU supported call, please concact me as soon as possible. This project supports actions for the following themes;
The specific thematic priorities for the Programme are as follows:
Fostering a participatory and democratic approach to development
Whenever possible, particular attention should be paid to cross-cutting issues contributing to the achievement of the global objective of poverty reduction, such as the promotion of gender equality, human rights and democracy, the protection and promotion of children's rights, integration of environmental questions, respect of the rule of law and fight against HIV/AIDS.
The deadline to apply is March 17 2008 - There is not much time
If there are any NGOs who is interested please contact me. The NGO must be in operation for at least 3 years, must have previous project implementation experience and must have very good financial standing - must not owe any money, must be registered with the government and provide financial statements from bank etc....
