The inherited historical grievances are linked to the Arab Islamic culture crisis, which is represented in the disagreement over the concept of national identity between the Sudanese social components, however the crisis of the Arab Islamic identity has become a reason for impeding the development and progress of Sudan as. a result of the struggle between the social model for the Socio- political system of the new Sudan secularism is not atheism secularism does not conflict with religion, rather the encouragement of freedom of thought, extremism, extremism and religious conflict old heritage. We all need to bear in mind that the Sudanese chronic crisis can not be solve until, these following issues have been addressed. 1 how the Sudan should be rule.2 The relationship between the state and religion. 3 The question of National Identity. 4 how to managing the diversity. 5Equal development and sustainability. And finally decentralization. We are with Secularism State. Because is the only answer to all these issues.
