The Sudan Liberation Movement muscularly and vehemently dooms and condemns massacres and crimes against humanity committed by the militias of the Sovereign Council against the peaceful demonstrators in Phetaborno, west of Kutum. The Sudan Liberation Movement is very disappointed by the statement of Mr. Abdallah Hamdouk where he sanctioned the unlawful deeds of militias. We as SLM, we will fight strongly together with our vulnerable people of Sudan to realize that all the criminals are brought to book to answer their wrongful acts against the people. The dubbed Juba peace negotiations can never be a solution to the problems that the Sudanese masses are going through due to the fact that the chief negotiators are just looking for their selfish interests and individual aggrandizements and glorifications. It is too worrying that the limping infant South Sudan is hosting the so called peace negotiations which it is broadly seeing that can’t bring any fruitful results but rather to give another reason for fragmentation of the united Sudan. Since the already failed Juba peace colloquy, the greedy Juba peace chiefs are now confusing people with another so called security arrangement simply because they lack wisdom to the radical solving of the long lasted problem which cannot be remedied by academic reasoning of these mea professors who only knows how to handle students but not issues of state governance. The Sudan Liberation Movement wants to take this chance to warn the chief priests of the so-called JUBA peace negotiations, Security arrangement committee and the general public that this is a misnomer and miscalculated move against the people of Sudan. We cannot accept the chief priests of the JUBA PEACE NEGOTIATION and SECURITY ARRANGMENT COMMITTEE to use the facades of peace to achieve their own interests while leaving the rest of Sudanese people in wanton suffering. The Sudanese people are living in a situation that is too difficult to explain or describe where they have nothing to eat and on top of that again they’re subjected to daily and continuous extrajudicial killings by the government militias. Why should all the time the trumpets of Juba peace talks play with people’s lives in a guise of peace yet they know that they’re not in any way interested in solving the long lasted political problem of Sudan that requires a radical remedy for a Swift justice and peace developments of Sudan that only rests in the hands of Sudan Liberation Movement .
