 IPCS Secretariat meets in Khartoum 5th-7th Feb

The New selected Secretariat of African Institute of Peace and conflict studies A-IPCS is expected to meet in Khartoum in the period of 5th-7th February this week. The gathering comes within collaborative framework between SCTR , IPCS and National Council of Strategy.
