Al-Saiha newspaper resumes publishing

Khartoum-The concerned authorities issued a decision allowing Al-Saiha newspaper to resume publishing as of Tuesday.

Head of the Information Department at the National Security and Intelligence service has welcomed the return of Al-Saiha, hoping that it would continue performing its message professionally and responsibly, stressing the impotence of balancing between freedom and responsibility.
