Khartoum, Nov. 10 (SUNA)-A high-level Canadian delegation, led by the special envoy of the Canadian Prime Minister, is to begin on Friday an official week-long visit to Sudan to hold talks with government officials on the bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern. SUNA learned that the delegation includes President of the Canadian group which is concerned with supporting peace in Sudan, Robert Fouler, the Canadian envoy for peace in Sudan Sentor Mubina Jafar, and Senator Dier. The Canadian delegation is due to assess the needs of the African Union in Darfur. The Canadian delegation will meet the President of the Republic and the two Vice-Presidents and a number of other senior officials. The delegation would visit Darfur and meet the Commander of the African Union Forces and representatives of the UN Agencies. ZA/MO
