Sudanese-Indian relations discussed
Khartoum, Nov. 24 (SUNA) - State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ali Ahmed Karti received in his office on Monday the Indian ambassador to Sudan and discussed with him joint cooperation ties. The Indian government is keen to implement the projects to be agreed upon including rehabilitation of Khartoum-Sinnar railways line, establishment of Mashkour sugar factory in the White Nile State and power transport line to link Babanousa and Neyala, affirmed the ambassador. Karti, in turn, has appreciated the Indian government over the warm reception of presidential envoy Dr Awad Al-Jaz during his visit to India last month. AH/BT
