فاجأ بعض أعضاء البرلمان الناس بقولهم أن الشعب السوداني متراخي غير جاد . وأنه سبب التدهور الإقتصادي الذي تعاني منه البلاد .....
واقع الأمر فإن كثير من الفضائح المالية الماثلة التي لم يجد النظام الحاكم في نهاية المطاف بـد من الإعتراف بها .... هذه الفضائح تؤكد بوضوح أن أهم الأسباب الرئيسية في تدهور إقتصاد البلاد وأمنها وأحوالها المعيشية إنما سببه الفساد المالي الذي إستشرى منذ سنوات مضت بين أهل القمـة والطبقة الهشــة الحاكمة.
ومن بين الأمثلة التي تكشف عنها هذا الفساد الآتي:
1) بيع القطاع العام بأسعار أقل ما يقال عنها أنها مضحكة مبكية.
2) بيع خط هيثرو وسرقة الخطوط الجوية السودانية على النحو الذي آلت إليه.
3) إستيراد تقاوي فاسدة من تركيا.
4) إهدار أصول مشروع الجزيرة .
5) تأجير بعض أراضي البلاد مكباً للنفايات النووية والكيميائية المسرطنة.
6) التلاعب في أراضي ولاية الخرطوم المملوكة للدولة وبعض المغتربين.
7) الإعفاءات الجمركية التي استفاد منها مجوعة قليلة محسوبة على حزب المؤتمر الوطني الحاكم.
8) إكتشاف حجم تلاعب في إدارة الجمارك وصل قيمته إلى 85 مليار.
9) التلاعب في دولار الدعم الموجه لدقيق القمح ورغيف الخبز لمصلحة مجموعة قليلة محسوبة على النظام الحاكم.
10) سحب أمول على المكشوف من البنوك السودانية العامة بإسم شركات خاسرة مملوكة لمجموعة قليلة محسوبة على الحـزب الحاكم.
والفضائح والسرقات في الجانب المالي والعقاري تكاد لا تعد ولا تحصى .. ويكاد الأمر يتحول إلى منافسات دوري بين كافة الوزارات الإتحادية والولايات . فمابين كل فترة وأخرى تفوح على الملأ فضيحة في هذه الوزارة ثم تلك.
من جميع ما سبق ؛ يتضح لنا دون مواربة أن الشعب السوداني ليس له يد في التدهور الذي اصاب البلاد جراء هذا الفساد المستنقع في القمة.
والشعب السوداني في حقيقة الأمر مغيب تماماً .... حتى نواب البرلمان لايستطيعون الإدعاء بأنهم قد جاءوا ممثلين للشعب بناءاً على إنتخابات حرة نزيهة أو يزعمون بالتالي أن لهم قواعد إنتخابية .
والشعب جميعه يعلم مثلا أن عضو البرلمان هذا ؛ ما كان لبدخل البرلمان عضوا لولا أن حزب المؤتمر الوطني هو الذي دفع به .
ويعلم الشعب أيضا أن هذا عضو البرلمان ذاك المنتمي لحزب هامشي . ما كان ليدخل البرلمان عضوا لولا أن حزب المؤتر الوطني الحاكم هو الذي فرغ له الدائرة من المنافسين ، ودعمه من وراء ستار لغرض أن يأتي البرلمان في نهاية المطاف بتشكيلة حزبية توهم العالم أن هناك ديمقراطية وإنتخابات حرة نزيهة.
البرلمان بإختصار يمكن أن يطلق عليه وصف "برلمان أكل عيش" ......
وهؤلاء النواب يدركون في قرارة أنفسهم قبل غيرهم أنهم في الحقيقة لا يساوون بصـلــة .. وأن جميع ما حصلوا عليه وأصبحوا فيه اليوم إنما هو هبـة ومنحة من حزب المؤتمر الوطني خاصة ونظام الإنقاذ عامة ...... ومثلما جاء بهم إلى البرلمان ذرافات وبالكوم؛ فأنه يستطيع مسحهم بإستيكة وإعادتهم إلى الشارع بجرة قلم رصاص ، مثلما جرى لغيرهم من وزراء وولاة ومسئولين ؛ بمن فيهم من قادة في حزب المؤتمر الوطني الحاكم.
ويضحك هؤلاء على أنفسهم تارةً أخرى حين يوصون بعضهم بعضا بالعودة إلى قواعدهم الجماهيرية .....
أية قواعد جماهيرية يا هؤلاء ؟ .... وعلى أية أوهام تساومون وتبعثون لغيركم برسائل نصية قصيرة كاذبة خاسرة؟
أتحدى أن ينظر أحد من هؤلاء النواب حولهم أو إلى وجهه في المرآة ؛ فيدعي أن له قاعدة إنتخابية أو أتباع ينصرونه إذا رفع منه حزب المؤتمر الوطني يده.
إنهم يدركون بأنه لم ينتخبهم أحد .. ولم يختارهم أحد ... ولا يثق فيهم أحد .... ولا يعرفهم أحد ... ولا يكاد يسمع بهم أحد ..... وأن حزب المؤتمر الوطني وحده هو الذي إنتقاهم نوابا من بين حشود المتسولين الساجدين على الركب ، والمتسلقين ، والمتدافعين بالمناكب أمام أبوابه وتحت نوافذه في العاصمة والأقاليم؟
لا يجيز العقل والمنطق أن يتحاشى البعض توجيه أصابع الإتهام إلى القيادات في القمة بسبب الخوف من سطوتها ونفوذها وبطشها .... واللجوء عوضاً عن ذلك إلى التحايل بالهجوم على قاعدة الشعب العريضة في الأسفل . فالمنطق يؤكد في تفسير مثل هذه العلل بإيراد حقيقة أن درجات السلم لايتم غسلها من تحت وإنما يكون غسلها من فوق إلى تحت.
عجيب أن يدعي هؤلاء أنهم "إخوان مسلمين" و "أصحاب مشروع حضاري" رغم أنهم لا يعرفون شيئا عن الآيات القرانية الكريمة التي تضع اللوم والمسئولية على القادة .. وكذلك الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة التي تتناول هذا الجانب:
وإقرأ إن شئت قوله عز وجل من الآية (34) في سورة النمل:
[قالت إن الملوك إذا دخلوا قرية أفسدوها وجعلوا أعزة أهلها اذلة وكذلك يفعلون].
ويضحكني أن بعض المحنطين يقف دائماً عند مسمى "الملوك" ؛ على غير إلتفات إلى المجاز هنا .. والمعنى المتسع لمفهوم الإسم أو الكلمة المـراد.
واقع الأمر فإن المقصود بالملوك هنا كل نظام أحادي شمولي ديكتاتوري ، لم يأت برضا الشعب أو تفويض منه .....
ونلاحظ دائما أن الديكتاتورية والشمولية إنما تعمل على تمزيق النسيج الإجتماعي ، والإتيان بأفراد ومجموعات تضمن ولاءها لها وحدها بغض النظر عما إذا كان هذا الفرد أو المجموعة يمثل الأغلبية من أهل البلاد . أو صالحاً مؤهلاً لجهة الأمانة والوطنية . ولديه الموهبة في التفكير والإستنباط ، وكيفية ممارسة السياسة وإدارة دفة الحكم.
وعندما صلحت القيادات على مدى التاريخ ، واستخلصت لنفسها البطانة الصالحة والمستشارين الأمناء ذوي المواهب . فقد تفشى صلاح هذه الأنظمة الحاكمة في عامة الشعب ..... وشهدت بلدانهم إزدهاراً وحضارة دامت عصور.
وللأسف فإن الذي يشاهده الشعب من خلال المواقع الألكترونية ، وشاشات التلفزيون والصحف الورقية هو أن معظم المقاعد في البرلمان تظل خالية من النواب .. وهو ما يدل على أن هؤلاء لا يبالون بمصلحة الشعب ومناقشة قضاياه ؛ بقدر ما أنهم مشغولون بالركض والدواحة والدوران على مكاتب المسئولين والوكلاء / ومدراء مكاتب الولاة والوزراء لقضاء حوائجهم الخاصة لا غير والحصول على ما يمكن من أرض هنا ... وتصاديق وإعفاءات ورخص إستيراد هناك .....
من السخف بمكان أن يتجاوز نواب في برلمان دولة (يعاني إقتصادها الإحتضار والموت السريري) واقع بلادهم ومعاناة شعبهم . ثم لا يكون همهم سوى إستيراد سيارات برادوا ودفع رباعي ؛ لأجل أن يستمتعوا بها في أداء مشاويرهم الخاصة من دوران ودُواحَة أشرنا إليها أعلاه.
