شهد منتصف الاسبوع الماضي تطور خطير علي صعيد حرب الاستنزاف المتقطعة التي ظلت تشنها مجموعات موالية لجماعة الاخوان المسلمين وبعض الجماعات الاسلامية المتشددة التي ظلت تخوض معركة الجماعة الاخوانية منذ اللحظات الاولي للاطاحة بالرئيس المصري السابق محمد مرسي في اعقاب ازمة سياسية معقدة تسببت في انفجار الشارع المصري وحركة عصيان مدني في العاصمة ومعظم المدن المصرية بلغت ذروتها في الثلاثين من يونيو 2013 مما استوجب تدخل الجيش عبر بيان من القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة المصرية لا يشبه البيانات العسكرية التقليدية المعتادة التي ظلت تصدرها قيادات الجيوش في معظم بلاد العالم بعد الانقلابات العسكرية اذاعه في حضور عدد من ممثلي الكيانات والمؤسسسات السيادية المصرية الرئيس المصري الراهن عبد الفتاح السيسي.
هاجمت جماعة متشددة تطلق علي نفسها اسم منظمة انصار بيت المقدس اهداف عسكرية تسببت في خسائر بشرية كبيرة في صفوف القوات المسلحة المصرية العاملة في اقليم سيناء بالتزامن مع هجمات منظمة استهدفت مرافق مدنية في العاصمة وبعض المدن المصرية من ضمنها قطارات وبصات تعمل في المواصلات العامة ومكتب للبريد الي جانب اهداف ثابتة ومتحركة للشرطة المصرية.
الرئيس المصري قطع مشاركته في القمة الافريقية الاخيرة في العاصمة الاثيوبية اديس ابابا وعاد الي بلاده لمتابعة تطورات الموقف المتفجر وادارة الازمة التي تعتبر الاخطر من نوعها في المواجهات المتقطعة التي ظلت تخوضها الدولة المصرية مع جماعة الاخوان واجنحتها العسكرية وجهازها الخاص منذ الاربعينات والحكم الملكي قبل الثورة المصرية والتي انتهت بعضها بتصفية الزعيم التاريخي ومؤسس الجماعة الشيخ حسن البنا علي يد البوليس السياسي التابع لسرايا الملك فاروق في ذلك الوقت.
معروف ايضا ان جماعة الاخوان دخلت في مواجهات من هذا النوع بعد ثورة يوليو علي عهد الرئيس الراحل جمال عبد الناصر الذي نجح في شل تنظيم الاخوان معتمدا علي الدعم الشعبي الغير محدود له من قبل الشارع المصري علي الرغم من ظروف الدولة المصرية الصعبة في ذلك الوقت واقتصاد الحرب والمواجهات الخارجية المتعددة مع اقطاب النظام العالمي الغربي ايام الحرب الباردة والحروب المباشرة وحروب الاستنزاف المتعددة مع دولة اسرائيل.
استمرت مواجهات الاخوان المسلمين مع الدولة المصرية علي ايام الرئيس الراحل انور السادات الذي اكرم وفادة هذه الجماعة واخرجهم من السجون وفتح امامهم منافذ البلاد للعودة الي ديارهم من المنافي الخارجية التي كانوا يعيشون فيها في بعض البلاد العربية وبلاد غربية اخري كانت لها مصلحة في احتضان جماعة الاخوان المسلمين المصرية والعربية ايام الحرب الباردة.
لم يمضي وقت طويل علي الود الاخواني مع الرئيس المصري انور السادات بتسلسل الاحداث المعروفة واعلانه في حديث من داخل مجلس الشعب المصري علي ندمه باحتضان الجماعة ورد اعتبارها قبل ان يلقي مصرعة بعدها بساعات في حادث المنصة المعروف بواسطة احد الجماعات التكفيرية المتطرفة التي لها خلفيات اخوانية.
تكررت المواجهات ايام الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك بين جماعة الاخوان المسلمين ومنظمات متشددة اخري وبين الدولة المصرية واتخذت في بعض الاحيان طابع غير انساني او اخلاقي ويتناقض حتي مع مبادئ وتعاليم الدين الاسلامي باستهداف متاجر تتبع بعض اتباع الطائفة المسيحية اضافة الي مهاجمة السياح الاجانب واغتيال وتكفير شخصيات عامة وحكومية من رموز الدولة المصرية في ذلك الوقت وبدورها شكلت الحكومة المصرية محاكم عسكرية انتهت باعدام بعض المشاركين في تلك الاحداث وسجن اعداد اخري ثم انتهي الامر الي هدنة غير معلنة بين حكومة الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك والجماعة الاخوانية التي اصبحت لها منابر سياسية تعمل تحت لافتات غير اخوانية الي جانب صحف ومنابر اعلامية تابعة واخري صديقة اضافة الي نشاط سياسي واقتصادي ومشاركة محدودة في المؤسسات التشرعية في ذلك الوقت.
كان واضحا في ظل التدهور الاقتصادي والفشل السياسي الذريع في ادارة الدولة المصرية في اواخر عهد الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ان هناك احتمالات كبيرة للثورة والتغيير وان جماعة الاخوان هي الاكثر استعداد وقدرة علي الحشد والتنظيم في حالة حدوث ذلك التغيير وهو ماحدث لاحقا بالطريقة التي مكنتهم من الفوز السهل بانتخابات متعجلة جرت بعد عقود طويلة من غياب وتوقف العمل الحزبي الذي لم يشكل مشكلة علي ايام الرئيس الراحل عبد الناصر الزعيم الاسطورة الذي حاز علي اجماع المصريين وحبهم ودعمهم لشخصه في كل الاحوال والظروف واحبوه ودعموه حيا وميتا وتمكسوا به حتي وهو مهزوم اذا جاز التعبير وشيعوه الي مثواه الاخير في اكبر جنازة شعبية في تاريخ العالم المعاصر علي الرغم من فتاوي الاخوان المتعددة وكراهيتم المطلقة للرجل.
وظل الحال كذلك علي ايام الرئيس الراحل انور السادات الشخصية الخلافية والمثيرة للجدل ولكنهم وجدوا فرصتهم الذهبية واستفادوا من الاخطاء المريعة وخروج الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك وبطانته الخاصة علي النص في الاعتماد علي الشعب ومؤسسات الدولة المصرية كما فعل اسلافة الراحلين بعد الثورة واستطاعو عبر الحشد والتنظيم الوصول الي الحكم بعد الثورة الشعبية.
المواجهة الراهنة بين الرئيس المصري الراهن عبد الفتاح السيسي وجماعة الاخوان المسلمين والمنظمات الدينية المتشددة والاخري المتحالفة معها و الصديقة تختلف في ظروفها وملابساتها عن المواجهات الاخوانية مع العهود السياسية الثلاثة التي سبقت حكمه والرجل يعتمد في منطقة علي شرعية تدخله من موقعه كوزير للدفاع وقائد اعلي للقوات المسلحة المصرية في اعقاب الازمة السياسية التي وصلت الي سكة مغلقة وحالة احتقان ونذر مواجهات كانت ستغرق مصر في انهر من الدم وربما تطور الامر الي حريق شامل في المنطقة المجاورة والاقليم كله في ظل اجندات طائفية ودينية متعددة.
الرئيس المصري بعد عودته من العاصمة الاثيوبية الي بلاده خاطب شعبه بصوت متهدج بعد اجتماعه بقيادات الجيش المصري في خطبة مؤثرة بالعامية المصرية المفهومة في كل الدول الناطقة بالعربية.
في حديثه المذكور بداء الرئيس المصري كمن يفتح الصندوق الاسود لبعض ماجري في كواليس اجهزة الحكم في اواخر حكم الرئيس الاخواني المعزول الدكتور محمد مرسي بحديثه عن اجتماعه ببعض قيادات تنظيم الاخوان المسلمين اثناء الازمة السياسية وبعد امتلاء شوارع العاصمة والمدن المصرية بامواج بشرية غير مسبوقة في تاريخ الدولة المصرية المعاصر وذلك علي شكل تهديدات مبطنة من تلك القيادات الي الرجل الاول في الجيش المصري الذي تخوفت الجماعة من انحيازه لمطالب الشارع المصري الملتهب وكشف الرئيس المصري في هذا الحديث الموجه الي الشعب المصري عن العناوين الرئيسية وفحوي تلك التهديدات بافغنة الدولة المصرية.
ردود الفعل الاولية لما حدث من هجوم علي الجيش المصري في سيناء والهجوم علي مرافق البنية الاساسية تمخضت عن حالة غضب شعبي وتضامن كبير مع الحكومة المصرية مصحوبة بدعوات للخروج في مواكب شعبية تمنح تفويض جديد للرئيس المصري في مكافحة الارهاب وهو الذي بداء فعلا في اتخاذ اجراءات وتدبير عسكرية في هذا الاطار باقامة قيادة عسكرية في منطقة شرق القناة.
القيادات الاخوانية في الخارج واصلت اصدار بيانات حربية وتحذيرات ودعوات للسفارات ورعايا الدول الاجنبية بمغادرة الاراضي المصرية عبر قناة تلفزيونية في دولة تعتبرها اتجاهات الراي العام المصرية دولة معادية ومتورطة في دعم انشطة حربية ضد بلادهم بطريقة قادت بدورها الي انقلاب في الموقف الدولي من التطورات الجارية في الساحة المصرية.
ردود الفعل الخارجية علي العمليات العسكرية التي قامت بها الجماعات الاسلامية في مصر شملت معظم الدول العربية والولايات المتحدة الامريكية التي يبدو انها ستغادر خانة الصمت وحالة الحياد السلبي من التطورات والمتغيرات التي حدثت في مصر منذ ايام الثورة والتطورات اللاحقة وتداعياتها اضافة الي بيان مجلس الامن الذي طالب فيه الدول الاعضاء في المنظمة الدولية بدعم الدولة المصرية في مواجهة الارهاب.
المواجهات المتوقعة في المعركة المتصاعدة بين اجهزة الدولة المصرية والجماعات الاسلامية المعنية يبدو انها مواجهات فاصلة لاتوجد فيها منطقي وسطي الدول الحاضنة للجماعات الاخوانية لن تستطيع عمليا الاستمرار في دعم هذه الجماعات امام الدعم الخارجي الكبير للدولة المصرية الناتج من التحول الكبير في الموقف العالمي.
ونضيف ايضا ان المواجهات المرتقبة بين الدولة المصرية والجماعات الاسلامية مهما كانت مؤلمة او صحبتها خسائر كبيرة وهو امر متوقع اقر به الرئيس المصري ضمنيا في حديثه الاخير لكن نتائجها معروفة ايضا تماما وقد تتمخض عن اخماد صوت هذه الجماعات والغاء وجودها بسبب الاندفاع واختيار خيارالعسكرة التدريجية لادارة الازمة وتوسيع المواجهة مع الحكومة المصرية لتشمل الهجوم علي مرافق مدنية وتهديد المخالفين في الرأي بالاغتيال السياسي بدلا عن خيار المواجهة السياسية دفاعا عن ماتعتقد الجماعة الاخوانية من ان ماحدث في مصر انقلابا عسكريا علي سلطة شرعية وتقديم دفوعاتهم القانونية للدفاع عن مايعتقدون في هذا الصدد.
