Salam Farda,
Appreciate your invitation to me to this post, very mush.
I thought this is what we got in Sudan as of now, where our identity is not synonymous with our nationality!
we are (supposedly) Sudanese nationality wise, but falsely claim Arabism as identity!
Let us accept who we are first!
Once we redeem that African self within, then we may do without nationalism as we know it today.
Race, gender, nationalism and patriotism are all derivatives of the materialistic western civilization/culture/system, as the following:
(A)Racism is unconscious self defense mechanism of the "melanin deficient" whites!
Any mix with the more dominant black (Sudanese) genes, will literally annihilate the endangered (minority)whites!
(B)Gender rivalry, is a product of their Patrilineal social and family structure.
(C) Nationalism and patriotism are stemmed from the city state nature of their historical state structure.
Contrast this with the idealistic/spiritual-namely Sophist foundation of our African culture. Where racism, nationalism, patriotism… etc are alien concepts!
So accordingly what you are longing for is impossible in a world dominated by a western 'frame of reference'!
For this reason even universalism from a western stand point is actually a manifesting of a flat out imperialism!!
Our Marxists were lured for a while into this western universalism "bear trap"!
