Dear All,
In view of the recent allegation made in the mass media in and outside Sudan against a participant at our conference on 21st May 2011, I would like to point out that there is no foundation for this allegation and that what has been reported is in breech of our rule.
I would also like to remind the participants at our future activities of the following points:
1. Under no circumstances should information from our conferences, workshops, lectures, discussions and comments should be attributed to named individuals, affiliations and organisations.
2. No photography is allowed.
3. No recording of the proceedings is permitted.
We expect participants to be responsible for abiding by the above stipulations.
