The Civil Society Leadership Awards (CSLA) provide fully funded
master’s level scholarships at a network of universities across Asia,
the Middle East, Europe, and North America. These awards support one to
two-year graduate programs in the following fields:

• Development Studies
• Public Health and Health Management
• Education Management and Leadership
• Law and Human Rights
• Public Policy and Administration
• Environment and Resource Management
• Social Work and Social Policy
• Politics, Economics and International Studies
• Select Humanities and Social Sciences

PURPOSE

The program aims to support individuals who demonstrate both academic
and professional excellence and have potential to become civil society
leaders in their home communities. Applicants must be from one of the
following eligible countries:

• Azerbaijan

• Belarus

• Cambodia

• Egypt

• Ethiopia

• Laos

• South Sudan

• Sudan

• Syria

• Turkmenistan • Uzbekistan
