Khartoum, Oct. 25 (SUNA) - Assistant of the President of the Republic, Deputy Chairman of the National Congress for the Party's Affairs and member of the higher coordinative mechanism for the dialogue, Engineer Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid, stipulated that any party that want to take part in the national dialogue shall be registered at the Registrar of Political Parties or informed about its registration and that any armed movement shall be known by the Office for Peace in Darfur.
In statements at the Media Center in the Friendship Hall Sunday, Engineer Hamid said that the armed movements that want to join the dialogue shall declare their abandon to the armed work, affirming the capability of the Sudanese people to agree on the strategic issues.
Hamid said that the national dialogue is open for any party or movement without exclusion and at any time because it is a dialogue of all the people of Sudan.
He expected more parties and movements to join the dialogue process in the coming period, adding that contacts are continuing with the rejecting parties with the aim to convince them to participate in the dialogue.
