Sudan’s opposition parties has stressed that it will not recognize the general elections’ outcome to be announced on the 27th of this month, disclosing new plans for the next phase, including intensifying of external contacts with unnamed ######### of States
The member of the opposition “Sudan Call” forces and the leading figure at the Sudanese Communist Party (SCP), Siddig Youssef, said at a press conference on Sunday that the opposition would not recognize the election results and the regime which brings it, revealing that they will form committees to set programmes for the period following the fall of the regime
For her part, the deputy chairman of the National Umma Party (NUP) Mariam al-Sadiq al-Mahdi, said that the opposition will intensify ‘Leave’ campaign in coordination with all the parties, pointing out that of the next phase will witness diplomatic campaigns with ######### of States interested in Sudan, calling on the Government to release the political detainees.
