Sudan’s Vice President, Hassabo Mohammed Abdel Rahman, stressed that that there is extremism and terrorism in the country, accusing the foreign intelligence of financing terrorist groups and armed them with modern communications, demanding disclosing of those who stand behind these terrorist organizations to be addressed from its roots.
Addressing the opening of session of the extremism conference organized by the Arab-African Youth Council in Khartoum on Sunday, Abdel Rahman stressed the Government's interest in the intellectual phenomena and to prevent them through the dialogue, noting the Sudanese State does not believe in extremism and terrorism, stressing the need to move quickly and develop strategies and plans to reduce movements that attract young people by spreading awareness and smart partnerships with other countries to achieve stability and development
