Sudan’s Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation has signed an agreement with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to prepare the national plan document for implementation of the comprehensive programme of the integrated agricultural development in Sudan in the first phase from (2015-2019) with amount of 500 thousand dollars to begin in the next August of the current year
Sudan’s Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Dr. Jaffar Ahmad Abdullah, said in press statement on Tuesday said that the terms of the agreement includes the training, capacity building and upgrading of the infrastructure at the federal level and the states, praising the role played by FAW in the country in the framework of various projects and activities throughout the country.
