Sudan’s president invited by al-Sisi to attend an economic summit in Cairo

Jan 20, 2015-Khartoum-SudaneseOnline-Sudan’s president, Omer Al-Bashir, has received an official invitation from his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, to attend the Economic Summit to be held in Cairo in the coming period.
The invitation letter was handed to Sudan’s Foreign Minister, Ali Karti, on Monday by Egyptian Assistant of Foreign Minister for Neighboring States, Ambassador Osama Taha
Egyptian diplomat stressed that strong and eternal relations between Sudan and Egypt, noting his country's desire to develop relations with the Sudan to achieve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples,.
For his part, Sudan Foreign Minster praised development of relations between the two countries, explaining Sudan's keenness to push such ties to a higher level in response to the directives of the political leadership in both countries, calling for the need to focus on the most urgent areas of cooperation in the joint the Presidential Commission to be held during the coming period.
